One can enable or disable the windows scripting host with the two entries in the registry under:
HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings\
and
HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows Script Host\Settings\
where one has to change the DWORD value of enable to 0 or 1.

There are some nice presentations for WP: I started with Connection which has a nice balanced design until I noticed that I couldn’t use the widgets with it and it is not ready for localization. Fortunately there’s Connections reloaded. Others are nice too: blix, cutline, sandbox… but have a look for widget being written in the description of the theme.
